Mad Multi-Billionaire Soros Encouraging, Funding Anti-Cop Uprisings, Claims Intel Service

Although the documents reproduced below by intelligence analyst and instructor Dr. Lyle Rapacki detail events surrounding the Baltimore riots back in 2015, they still contain valuable intelligence describing organizational, training, and operational methods for a number of George Soros organizations under the umbrella of the ANTIFA movement (Anti-Fascism Group). The revelation of these documents and content demonstrate that training and monies were very much a part of the riots as earlier Intel reports revealed they most likely would be, according to Dr. Rapacki in his latest law enforcement and security briefing.

The documents – provided to the editor of Conservative Base by Rapacki — reveal a high level of organizational structure, with strong financial backing, and well-planned and practiced tactics. “It is highly anticipated that future confrontations will be better prepared, equipped, organized and financed,” said Rapacki, who owns and operates the private security firm Sentinel Intelligence Services, LLC.

Confidential documents appearing to belong to Friends of Democracy – an activist group run by George Soros’ son Jonathan Soros – describe an acceleration of civil unrest to justify the rollout of martial law nationwide. According to intelligence experts, the goal of such action is to throw the nation into a state of chaos with citizens battling the proponents of the Deep State ‘puppetmasters.’

According to the documents (reprinted below), the group sought to use the protests over the death of Freddie Gray – who died while in police custody – as a detonator for larger violent demonstrations in the Baltimore area.  “Do not worry about violent action, we have secured limited protections from friendly BWI officials and LE to permit some aggressive activity,” one ANTIFA memo states.

Dates mentioned in the documents, Saturday April 18, 2015 and Saturday April 25, 2015, coincide with the actual Baltimore riot dates.

The organization also points out an “ideal post-action objective” would be “civil unrest that leads to deployment of martial law-like policies for BWI, creating a feedback loop.” In other words, a domino effect that would spread nationwide.

Multi-Billionaires Funding Deep State Agenda

While the Democratic Party continues to push the canard that the Republican Party only represents the interests of the wealthy, in truth donors who gave mostly or exclusively to Democrats held down 52 of the top 100 spots, including that of the biggest by far – retired San Francisco hedge fund billionaire Tom Steyer, who spent $74 million helping Democratic candidates and groups.

Of course, that edge doesn’t take into account contributions to deep-pocketed non-profit groups that don’t disclose their donors. While that’s just a fraction of the overall undisclosed money spent in 2014, it’s indicative of a dramatic imbalance in a type of big money spending that likely would close the gap between Democratic and Republican top donors.

There isn’t any mystery as to why George Soros is using his billions of dollars to prop up leftist groups across the globe. His speeches, press statements and news interviews are more than enough to recognize a man who hates the United States and wishes to tear down the entire system of the U.S. government and its founding documents.

What appears to be a real mystery is the reason why hardworking American taxpayers are funding Soros’ anti-American schemes such as the time he poured money into the campaigns of far-left candidates for states’ and local attorneys general and district attorneys who prosecute criminals.

Recently, the prolific attorneys at the heralded government watchdog, Judicial Watch, announced that their own corruption investigation revealed the Obama administration used federal tax dollars to support Soros’ cronies and co-conspirators.

The Judicial Watch investigation exposed the millions of dollars that were funneled through Soros’ Open Society Foundation (OSF) to assist left wing organizations between 2012 and 2016, with millions of dollars more being earmarked for Soros’ numerous political organizations during the Trump administration.

“Why your tax dollars are going to this billionaire’s political organization is something that the American people have a right to know about. That’s why a government watchdog filed several lawsuits against the State Department and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to get answers on the dealings of Soros’ worldwide operations,” said Judicial Watch’s President Tom Fitton.

In March 2018, Judicial Watch had filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against USAID and its parent agency, the U.S. State Department, for records regarding their financing of political activities of Soros’ OSF-connected groups in Colombia. One of those being funded by Soros/USAID was the Bogota-based nonprofit called Dejusticia that claims to promote human rights and is run by a leftwing attorney named Rodrigo Uprimny.

Both Soros and Secretary John Kerry’s State Department filled Dejusticia’s coffers and Uprimny is considered one of the Marxist terror group known as FARC’s biggest allies and promoters. A Colombian news report describes the group Dejusticia as “a highly influential entity that has promoted the terrorist group FARC to the point of converting it into a legitimate political ally of the government which includes personal sessions with Colombia’s president.”
