Hillary’s ‘private’ emails stored on thumb drive in possession of Clinton’s attorney
The FBI announced its agents will take possession of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s private Internet server to investigate allegations that she intentionally used it for conducting classified government business while serving as Secretary of State. But a watchdog attorney alleged in a federal court filing on Wednesday that Bill and Hillary Clinton’s personal attorney is in possession of a computer thumb drive containing the so-called “missing” emails a/k/a the smoking gun.
Hillary Clinton’s attorney, David Kendall a Clinton holdover from the Whitewater and MonicaGate days, has been in possession of a thumb drive containing emails now believed to be classified in nature, but the inspector general for the intelligence community is being denied access, a State Department spokesman told reporters on Wednesday. It’s not known when Mrs. Clinton gave the Internet file to Kendall, who is known by some as a loyal Clinton operative and by others as a crafty Washington insider.
An attorney and leader of a government watchdog group, Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch, who has already filed a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) complaint against Bill and Hillary Clinton and their family-run charity alleges that the Clinton Foundation a suspected criminal enterprise created to benefit the Clintons. Former Department of Justice Prosecutor Larry Klayman has renewed his request for a federal court to remove Clinton’s thumb drive being held by Clintons’ personal lawyer.
