CBS News and Sheriff Arpaio Release New Info on Fake Obama Birth Certificate
In a surprise news story by a major news organization, CBS News is covering the release of forensic evidence that questions the validity of a birth certificate released by the White House to quell the growing concern among the American people and some law enforcement officials that President Barack Obama is not an American born citizen.
Maricopa County, Arizona, Sheriff Joe Arpaio says a new video analysis shows that parts of Obama’s birth certificate were copied from another certificate. After arguing his point for five years, Arpaio says he will turn his investigators’ new evidence over to the feds. The Obama Justice Department spent almost eight years investigating Arpaio, especially probing his alleged mistreatment of illegal aliens who commit crimes against American citizens.
The 80-year-old lawman presented his evidence during a press conference. When naysayers at CBS-TV in Phoenix attended the lengthy and detailed revelation of the evidence, they appeared to change their tune when faced with prima facie evidence of fraud based on the forensic evidence and testimony of investigators.
Arpaio made certain to stress he and his investigators were not questioning Obama’s presidency or birthplace. He stated they are questioning the validity and authenticity of a Certificate of Live Birth for Barack Hussein Obama that was touted by the White House and Obama’s supporters populating the news media as proof of Obama’s right to be President. Until now, any coverage of the issue met with ridicule and name calling by the Democratic Party and their sycophants in the media and even many within the ranks of the conservatives. I am former U.S. Customs I Immigration and have handled and processed 100’s of thousands of foreign nationals and U.S. Citizens and resident aliens, passports and I have intercepted fake or counterfeit birth certificates for over 16 years. Some documents could have been filled out with the aid of a simple typewriter, or now a computer. Counterfeiters are more advanced with the aid of computer programs.
I am aware and have experience to know that these are very serious violations and the Government was very complicit and derelict in their duties to investigate these allegations and allow a Foreign Born national to be considered and voted into the highest office on our country with special security requirements.
This is probably the greatest fraud ever committed in a Democratic-Republic society where people are still voting that are not Americans and we still have no real Voter I.D. cards while third world countries like Mexico has a better photo ID card for Voters.
There needs to be a special Congressional investigation with an impeachment in order to fix the last 8 years of lies and fraud.
We do NOT need a pardon for people who openly violated the laws of this country while others sit in Prisons for doing a lot less. We are a country of laws, or we are not. Not special treatment for the rich elite. Did we not learn from the French during the Revolution or “Reign of Terror”?
Our law enforcement is compromised at the highest levels and they would rather face embarrassment than to go back and do the investigation.
The damage has already been done, so why not do what the People demand and the Constitution requires?
If Trump does not set up a special investigator and prosecutor, our country has lost it’s rights and we are all slaves to a corrupt system.
We the People need to do more than just “drain the swamp”!!! We need to clean the whole system of corrupt government agents who are in the pockets of people like the Clinton Foundation.(I.E. James Comey, Peter Comey who is part of the Clinton Foundation and James also too millions and has a house under mortgage of the same. As is Andrew McCullough another Assist FBI Director.(Just the Tip of the iceberg)

It is NOT just a question of whether he is “American-born”! The Constitution requires that a senator or representative be a “citizen” and meet age and residency requirements, but the president MUST be a “natural born citizen” and meet age and residency requirements. The Founders used the two different terms because they are NOT the same thing! A “natural born citizen” is one born on U.S. soil (jus soli) to parents (plural/both parents) who are themselves, citizens (again, plural). Not one parent, both parents (jus sanguinis). One or the other simply begets a “citizen” but only someone with all three, birth on U.S. soil, citizen father and citizen mother, is a “natural born citizen” and eligible for the presidency. The 12th Amendment to the Constitution made the same restrictions for the vice-president, as well. Those are the ONLY two offices requiring that one be a “natural born citizen”, not just simply a “citizen”. One may be a citizen through naturalization, through having at least one citizen parent, or through birth on U.S. soil, but that is citizenship through legislation, not “natural law”. 1) Were you born in the U.S.? Y or N? 2) Was your father a U.S. citizen at the time of YOUR birth? Y or N? 3) Was your mother a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth? Y or N? If the answer to all three questions is YES, then you ARE a natural born citizen. If the answer to ANY ONE of those questions is NO, you are NOT a natural born citizen. Obama was never eligible, even if he had been born IN the White House, simply because his Kenyan, British subject father was not a citizen. Likewise, Ted Cruz is not a natural born citizen, for two reasons, his birth in Canada AND his Cuban immigrant father was not a citizen at the time Ted was born. Even if both of his parents had been citizens, children born abroad to two citizen parents are only “naturalized by congressional statute” citizens, not natural born citizens. Marco Rubio was born in Miami, but his Cuban immigrant parents didn’t become citizens until Marco was 4 years old. He is a “citizen” only because of the 14th Amendment, but NOT a “natural born citizen” and not eligible. Bobby Jindal also ran for the Republican nomination, but was not constitutionally eligible, either, since he was born in Baton Rouge only about 4 months after his parents arrived from their native India. They were here on green cards and here legally but were NOT citizens at the time Bobby was born. NOT eligible. As a lifelong conservative Republican, I cannot support ANY candidate who is not a constitutionally eligible “natural born citizen” regardless of how “good” they are, how much I like them, or what party they represent! The Constitution comes FIRST and we must abide by it or we will lose it!

Obama may well have pulled off the greatest hoax in the history of American politics. If true he had plenty of help doing it. I doubt if we ever know the entire truth.
