Bank Security Officer Shoots Bank Robber In Fierce Gunfight (Warning: Contains Graphic Violence)

Nationally syndicated talk show host, Chuck Wilder, provided the Conservative Base with a dramatic video that displays a bank security officer possessing enormous courage under fire.

Wilder is the host of his own radio show aired by the Cable Radio Network, a network that boasts well-known talkers such as veteran radio-pro Wilder, actor and former pro-football player Fred Dryer (Hunter, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), actor Robert Conrad (Wild, Wild West), Larry Elder, Dennis Prager and others.

“There is no doubt in my mind the actions of [Security Officer] Brian Harrison saved the lives of those [sic] that were employees in the Alpine Bank location on that date and saved his own life,” Winnebago County, Illinois, State’s Attorney Joe Bruscato, said. The incident occurred on the same day as Donald Trump took his oath of office as the nation’s 45th President, Jan. 20, 2017.

“It took just seconds to go from a quiet day inside Alpine Bank to a masked gunman creating chaos. Surveillance video shows Laurence Turner coming in, shooting once into the ceiling, then at Metro Enforcement security officer Brian Harrison. Harrison is a former Winnebago County deputy who jumped into action,” noted the local CBS affiliate WIFR.

“They are taught generally to shoot center mass in the body. This is a very dynamic, fluid situation and he’s doing what he was trained for 30 years to do and it was eliminate and take care of the threat,” Rockford Police Chief Dan O’Shea said.

The Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office will not press charges against the security guard who shot and killed an attempted armed robbery suspect on Jan. 20, 2017.

The State’s Attorney’s Office says the Metro Officer involved was Brian Harrison. The office says Harrison was acting in his own self-defense and the defense of others.

The editor of Conservative Base, who is a retired law enforcement official, is forwarding S.O. Harrison’s information and video of his actions to the National Association of Chiefs of Police and recommending him for the Officer of the Year Award.
