Ms. Stewart sent her findings to U.S. Sen Lindsey Graham after catching his recent speech on CNN about “FISA abuse could happen to you” to his colleagues. Stewart also noted that a secret and unconstitutional army of neighborhood watch-type Civilian Mercenaries, like INFRAGARD, were instructed in covert and overt (intimidation) surveillance, along with covert vicious libel/slander, stalking, harassment, assault, and murder techniques, utilizing high tech and advanced weaponry difficult to detect on their innocent civilian neighbors, for what amounts to “practice and training” of a guerrilla army of extrajudicial “enforcers” (thugs) to keep people compliant as the US is subverted. They are richly compensated and promised immunity by rogue Fusion Center officials.

Ms. Stewart also claims that Fusion Center officials are known to bully and coerce police and medical personnel and other local officials to get them to deny victims help or falsify records about them to their detriment. In essence, the FBI has left –and still leaves – law-abiding citizens at the mercy of their unscrupulous neighbors looking for lucrative salaries and perks.
The officials at Fusion Centers provide their spying cadre with terrifying devices to aim at their victims 24/7 from their homes and stalkers on-call are provided car-engine powered devices or devices that fit in backpacks or large bags with which to follow them as much of as possible.
“This exposure to electromagnetic weapons causes serious cellular degradation that can lead to serious health damage and death – often indistinguishable from natural causes to civilian coroners unfamiliar with these weapons,” said Ms. Stewart.

In 2015 i fled from NM after becoming a target. I was systematically harassed. So i relocated to discover that the fusion centers operate with the feds and use infragard the Citizens Corps programs , AmeriCorps.
I shared my story with police that stated it was legal for people to harass me in a systematic and routine manner non stop all day i experienced harassment every time i went shopping for years .
My case is regarded by a few private investigators to beone of the worst stalking and harassment cases theyve seen. Had to leave the state since multiple gas station clerks , libraries , parks local diners etc had tipped off employees about me by using slander.
Ive utilized friends with top secret clearance they can see my bank account what i own everything they all say its wrong and not right.

I know y’all think I’m crazy anyhow! But I truly feel this is real stuff!! The stories I have!! I started taking screenshots and real pictures only to get home in the evening to review my stuff and the pictures started disappearing right before my eyes to never be seen again!! And then I dug deeeep into my phone to find that my phone was not only running from my email address but 5 other email addresses!!!! ???????????? 2 of them were from some sort of government @ blah blah.gov … I had 10 cases of police reports all made within 2mos. ! But here’s the catcher!! The police officer that was called out to get my report was the same freaking police lady, 9 out of the 10 times!!! What the Chuck!!!!???? And guess what, when I made the reports, I was in different parts of the City!! Hhmm ???????? I thought, yes, unified meant unity so unified is all over the valley, but yet the one police lady kept coming… Each time she tried her hardest to steer me away from what I was reporting!! I was getting sideswiped on the freeway!! I was getting ran off the freeway… I literally had my own entourage… What really upsets me is that when me and the kids would go into the stores like Maverick’s or something like that, my baby girl would go up to these perfect strangers and start talking to them!! I’d come home from work and the kid’s would have a new toy unopened!! I’d ask where they had gotten these toys from and they wouldn’t tell me… Then they would start laughing at me and telling me that I’m crazy and to keep going crazy Because they are about to call the psych ward on me… And they had the number already!! And so one morning only to prove to them that I wasn’t crazy, I took my Son for a ride and told him, I’d take him to school in a minute… He started freaking out and kept looking around, as if he was in danger with me and was looking for the people that were following me!! Then we stopped at MacDonald’s and he gets out of my truck stands up on the seat and starts this weird tapping noise on the roof of my truck… I’m like whatcha doing? He’s like nothing and kept doing it in a rhythmic tap tap tap.. we left MacDonald’s and he didn’t eat, didn’t want to, and this boy EATS!! That evening, I took them to Church with me and all computers went down at church as soon as these two people followed me in … One sat in front of me and one sat in back of me… So I know they have weapons to temporarily make computers crash, so the Church dude was on his 3rd computer laptop trying to figure out what happened and he says what’s your name… So I told him and he looks up and whispers something to the dude by him… And he says to me, we got you ????????♥️♥️ and he tells me to go in and sit down and have a good worship.. so me and Shadow went in … Afterward they followed me to the gas station and this time, I didn’t get out of my truck… One dude in the vehicle went in and wandered around basically waiting for me to go in, I suppose… And the other vehicle which was a lady, who had been following me all over town that day… Even to my oldest son’s work!! I still waited in the truck… Finally I went in real fast, got my coffee and she was still outside but bending down in the passenger seat… I went up to her and asked her what she wanted with me??!! I was pissed at that point!! I was like, ok you guys have been harassing me for days and I need to get your name and I’m gonna take a picture of your license plate… I told them to quit harassing me or I’m gonna call authorities… I knew at that point, the only person I had on my side was God!! That night, when we got home, I messeged as many brothers and sister that I could, pastors, everyone that I knew, called even and asked for Divine covering of the blood!! I got my oil, went outside my door, each opening in my house and I placed oil everywhere!! Claiming on the Lord and Jesus Christ!! We are covered by the blood of Jesus Christ!! You have noooo authority over this family, this home, my vehicle, over any of our lives, in the name of Jesus, get away from us!!! The story gets crazier too, I could go on but I’m not, like I said everyone thinks I’m crazy anyhow!! I’m gonna to say this once, I WAS NOT ON ANY SUBSTANCES of any kind at that point… My kids were literally zombies!! I didn’t know them and it seemed as if they were robotic… I still don’t know to this day where those toys came from, but I have an idea… Before all this started, me, my ex hubby and my little boy just pulled into my place and up the stairs was spray painted white ???? fishes… More like my bumper sticker representing Jesus feeding the 5000… On each step one fish and the trail of fish lead up to my door and beside it, spray painted was the number 3… That’s my floor!!!! Another incident that included a supposed friend, uuumm … All I got to say is I’ve been investigating and studying all this, besides my God time, and I’ve noticed it’s the closests family and friends that have turned on me… So I really don’t know how long I’ve been surveillanced but I do know this… I am praying that everyone get ready, because the day of Jesus is here soon, very soon!!! ♥️♥️ Oh and yes there’s people in my community that’s on this watch program… I am no longer afraid… But I know it’s their job that they got paid for, so they have to keep watching… I also know which friends have turned on me… Not anyone new, don’t worry… A couple of these people I’ve known foooorever!!
