Sign Petition to Designate American Jihadi Cult a Threat
Jamaat ul-Fuqra, which is led by a radical cleric in Pakistan but operates in North America under the name of Muslims of America (MOA), is known for claiming to have 22 “Islamic villages” in the U.S., such as its Islamberg headquarters. It also has headquarters in Canada, Trinidad, Venezuela, Pakistan and other countries.

Martin Mawyer of the Christian Action Network and Ryan Mauro of the Clarion Project in asking that you open a federal investigation into an Islamic terrorist group called Muslims of America (MOA), which has operations inside the U.S. and overseas.
This organization, which is controlled by a radical sheikh located in Pakistan, needs to be officially designated as a “Foreign Terrorist Organization” and shut down.
MOA admits it has nearly two dozen Islamic camps, compounds and communities scattered throughout the United States, mostly in sparsely populated rural America.
Its leader, Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani, has freely admitted that the purpose of these camps is to recruit Islamists for the “training in guerrilla warfare.”
Gilani can be seen on video telling potential recruits, “You are most welcome to come join one of the most advanced training courses in Islamic military warfare. If you wish, you can get in touch with our commanders.”
As Mawyer and Mauro have thoroughly documented through their own investigation and the gathering of law enforcement reports, MOA has engaged in murder, assassinations, kidnappings, fire-bombings, illegal drug and gun running, welfare and unemployment scams and more — ALL INSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
Furthermore, MOA has direct ties to Hizbul Mujhideen, which the State Department has already designated as a “Foreign Terrorist Organization.”
For the past 30 years, MOA members have been committing acts of terrorism inside the United States — from the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, to plots to bomb the Lincoln and Holland Tunnels and the George Washington Bridge.
Even the FBI recognizes MOA is dangerous and a threat to America.
The FBI states in a confidential report obtained by Mauro and Mawyer, “MOA is now an autonomous organization which possesses an infrastructure capable of planning and mounting terrorist campaigns overseas and within the U.S.”
Even in recent months, two MOA members have been arrested and charged with murder, another with possession of illegal assault weapons, another with illegal drug running, and still another with credit card fraud.
I implore you, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, to review the detailed research of Martin Mawyer and Ryan Mauro.
They not only have volumes of research material related to MOA, but can provide you with confidential sources operating inside the organization who can verify, reveal and expose the criminal and terrorist acts of this United States terrorist group.
“Muslims of America” needs to be designated as a “Foreign Terrorist Organization” and shut down. Thank you.
