Outrage! Not Guilty Verdict in Trial of Illegal Alien Murder Suspect Ignites Firestorm

A sanctuary city criminal trial jury allowed the killer of an American citizen to escape justice when they totally acquitted him of all serious charges.

The 12 jurors found the illegal alien murder suspect — repeat immigration law offender Jose Ines Garcia Zarate — not guilty of killing Kate Steinle, a young female, U.S. citizen,  as she walked with her father on Pier 14 in San Francisco, California, in July 2015. The attack and slaying of the 32-year-old Steinle appeared to reheat the fierce debate regarding illegal immigration, which the Democrats and the major news organizations successfully embraced as their cause célèbre.

“The majority of Democratic Party officeholders successfully molded illegal aliens and legal immigrants into one vast group of ‘saintly poor.’ Meanwhile, no efforts are made to at least investigate these criminal trespassers,” said former homicide detective Michael “Samson” Johannssan. “We can also thank the fake news chieftains for the acceptance of mayhem at the hands of criminals and criminal gangs,” he said.  “They actually cover up for these miscreants,” the visibly angered cop added.

Under President Barack Obama, family households that are headed by immigrants from Mexico or Central American countries obtained an average of $8,251 in U.S. taxpayer-funded welfare benefits which translates into a welfare benefit 86 percent higher than what households headed by U.S. citizens obtain in public assistance. The figures come from a new research report released this week by the non-profit, non-partisan Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) based in Washington, DC.

CIS based their report on the latest data available from the federal government’s Survey of Income and Program Participation. Illegal aliens’ households in particular use an average of $5,692 in welfare benefits each year, primarily due to government assistance provided to U.S.-born children of illegal aliens, CIS noted.

Households headed by immigrants from all countries, both classified as legal or as illegal, received an average of $6,234 in government benefits. That means that their share of welfare is 41 percent higher than the $4,431 received by the average native-born-headed household, according to the report.

Knowing exactly how much this equates to in total U.S. welfare dollars is difficult, since calculating the number of illegal aliens and illegal immigrant households isn’t an exact science.  In addition, there is no research report that accurately calculates the number of immigrants — legal or illegal — who are currently residing in the United States.

But in a similar report released in September 2015, CIS researchers estimated there were about 3.4 million households headed by illegal aliens in 2012. Based on CIS’s 2012 estimate, this means American taxpayers were ripped-off for nearly $19.4 billion in welfare benefits for illegal alien households that year alone.

While this number may seem staggering enough, it’s unlikely that the number of illegal immigrant households has dropped or remained the same over the last four years, especially since the illegal alien tsunami that was encouraged by President Barack Obama and the Democrats hungry for more Democratic Party registrants.

According to the reporters covering the trial, the jurors reached their verdict after deliberations that began last Saturday.

“The geniuses on the jury found the defendant Zarate not guilty of first or second degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, and assault with a deadly weapon. But, in keeping with California’s extreme leftist reputation, he was found guilty of possession of a firearm by a felon,” said civil/criminal investigator Linda Rosario.

“Maybe if they had a trial for the gun used to snuff out the law-abiding American woman’s life, they would have found something guilty. These leftists love illegal aliens, convicted criminals, Muslim refugees and anyone who hates President [Donald] Trump as much as they do,” a former U.S. Army military police supervisor told the Conservative Base.

There are 482 sanctuary cities and towns in the Golden State plus another 58 sanctuary counties. That is because California is a sanctuary state. And under the Democratic Party, that state’s officials are more concerned with the health, safety and welfare of illegal immigrants than that of U.S. citizens.
