Democrats Encourage Illegal Aliens to Buy Guns in the U.S., Seek Destruction of NRA

“New York’s attorney general sued the National Rifle Association on Thursday, seeking to put the powerful gun advocacy organization out of business over allegations that high-ranking executives diverted millions of dollars for lavish personal trips, no-show contracts for associates and other questionable expenditures.

“Attorney General Letitia James’ lawsuit, filed in state court in Manhattan after an 18-month investigation, highlighted misspending and self-dealing allegations that have roiled the NRA and its longtime leader, Wayne LaPierre, in recent years — from hair and makeup for his wife to a $17 million post-employment contract for himself.

This is actually happening in the United States of America, right now. A new day, a new Democratic Party stance in favor of open borders, coddling criminals and anarchists, and continued constant attacks on the U.S. Constitution, especially the Second Amendment.

However, Florida’s Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz went off on Democrats last week:  Dems in the Judiciary Committee just voted against notifying ICE when an illegal alien fails a background check to buy a gun. They hate ICE so much that they’d keep ICE in the dark when illegals try to get their hands on firearms.

Well over half the nation’s law enforcement officers and sheriffs have found themselves in a political tug-of-war with leftest politicians over guns and the desire by Democratic Party bigwigs to limit as much as possible an American’s access to firearms and ammunition.

According to a press statement from Rep. Gaetz, in keeping with the Democrats’ usual habit of hypocritical decision-making, they appear to be perfectly willing to allow illegal aliens — some of whom are organized crime gang members, radical Islamists and activists and human/drug traffickers — to surreptitiously purchase handguns, rifles and misnomered assault rifles. One can only imagine how so-called Sanctuary Cities and States will cover up any gun-related crime in order to fool the American people.

The House Judiciary committee voted to advance H.R. 8, also known as the “Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2019,” by a party-line vote of 25 to 13 on Wednesday.

This bill doesn’t have much chance of even being brought up for a vote in the Republican-controlled Senate, let alone getting to President Trump’s desk for signature. However, a line from one of the bill’s committee backers illustrates the kind of hubris behind this and other gun control laws. That backer is Trump-Super-Hater Rep. Eric Stalwell, a far-left Democrat from the socially and economically sinking state of California.

“The president likes to rail against Chicago on gun crime numbers,” Rep. Swalwell said in opposition to a proposed amendment that would have exempted concealed carry permit holders from the bill’s background check requirements. “Chicago is only as safe as the laws in Indiana; California is only as safe as the laws in the states around us. And that’s why a federal requirement for all firearm purchases would protect Chicago as well as it would protect Indianapolis as well as it would protect Oakland, California.”

The ACLU has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a non-U.S. citizen that alleges South Dakota’s concealed weapons law is discriminatory – a legal move that one gun-rights group warns will open the door to arming illegal immigrants.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of British national Wayne Smith, who legally immigrated 30 years ago, and for years was able to get a concealed license. In 2002, however, South Dakota amended the law, making U.S. citizenship a requirement to carry a concealed weapon. When Smith went to renew his long-held permit last July, he was denied because he is permanent legal resident, not a citizen.

“The United States is gun country.  It’s part of our national heritage of freedom and liberty.  Anti-gun politicians, media reps, clergy, academicians and others should learn this lesson and learn it well,” said Snyder who served on the advisory board of the 13,000-member National Association of Chiefs of Police (NACOP).

Snyder also said, “Hillary [Clinton] supported semiautomatic gun registration, universal background checks on all firearms transfers, and subjection of firearms manufacturers and dealers to frivolous third-party lawsuits. Which is why she’s on a book tour instead of leading the United State.”
