FBI Failed Americans in Protection of Their Votes: FBI National Academy
Besides the dramatically driven accusations and hostility during and after the 2016 presidential election cycle, American voters were provided an unprecedented exposure of U.S. politics at its most corrupt. Not only did voters learn that agencies — especially the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), The U.S. State Department — that are supposed to protect and serve American citizens were more inclined to protect favored political candidates no matter how much evidence exists of their fraud and corruption, while blindsiding disfavored candidates with bogus news stories, classified information leaks and classified and sensitive documents. Even America’s top cops, such as President Barack Obama’s FBI Director James Comey, admitted leaking classified information and documents to political allies and integrity-deficient news outlets.
If senior officials of the DOJ and FBI have committed serious Federal crimes against this nation, against this nation’s constitution, and against the American people, as is now manifest and clearly certain after more than a two-year investigation, what would the nature of those crimes be? It is perceive and anticipated the following: Conspiracy; perjury; subornation of perjury; deprivation of rights under color of law; and obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees.
Since the Fusion GPS [Trump] Dossier is a complete fabrication, those DOJ Officials who presented it to the FISA Court, swearing to the authenticity of the contents have committed perjury before the Court; and, since they did this to secure a warrant from the FISA Court that would allow Special Counsel Mueller to undertake an investigation of Trump Campaign Officials, predicated on presumptive collusion between Russian officials and Trump, those DOJ Officials who lied before the FISA Court to affect or influence the FISA Court to issue a warrant have committed a third serious federal crime, that these senior Officials of the DOJ and FBI have likely committed: subornation of perjury.
While individual states have primary responsibility for conducting fair and free elections, the FBI plays an important role in protecting federal interests and preventing violations of our Constitutional rights.
