Bonnie & Clyde: HILLARY CAUGHT UP IN DEADLY-DRUG SCANDAL by Larry Klayman
Exclusive: Larry Klayman sees web of corruption surrounding FDA-approved Levaquin
I have always said that there is no crime that is beneath Bill and Hillary Clinton, the Bonnie and Clyde of American politics. They even attempted to steal priceless White House furniture on their way out of office in January 2001, only to have to shamelessly return it once caught.
In the prior years, this duo was associated in even worse potential criminal acts – that is in many deaths – from the “mysterious” murder or suicide of Vince Foster, who had been Hillary Clinton’s law partner and extra-marital boyfriend at the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, before Bill and Hill ascended to the throne of the presidency and “firstladyship,” and Foster became “Hillary’s” deputy White House counsel. In addition, over 80 others, including material witnesses, wound up dead in their world record number of scandals, ranging from Whitewater to Chinagate, Filegate, Travelgate, IRSgate and a host of others.
Even if the Clintons were not responsible in some way for these convenient deaths, they wanted persons who were coming forward to testify about their crimes in various legal proceedings, such as grand jury proceedings, congressional investigations and Judicial Watch’s cases, to believe that they had possibly killed witnesses and others. This was to convince them not to testify. How else to explain the list of over 80 dead persons left on the Defense Department chair of Linda Tripp, the woman who kept the dress Slick Willey had stained during his “affair” with a White House intern, or the same list also left on the chairs of White House whistleblowers who had come forward to me at Judicial Watch, the group I founded and ran, to expose the Bonnie and Clyde’s email obstruction of justice caper in the 1990s? These witnesses and whistleblowers clearly feared for their lives. See my autobiography, “Whores: Why and How I Came to Fight the Establishment.”
Now, as we enter the presidential election season, an all new tale of death has implicated Hillary Clinton, even if indirectly, with the demise of innocent persons – this time the victims of the deadly drug Levaquin, manufactured, marketed and sold by an equally corrupt and compromised company, Johnson & Johnson (J&J).
There appears to be substantial evidence that Hillary Clinton, while secretary of state, was responsible for the nomination of a woman, who had given substantial contributions to the political campaigns of Hillary Clinton, as Food and Drug Administration (FDA) commissioner. Her name is Margaret Hamburg, and her husband, Peter Brown, also had his company, Renaissance Technologies, contribute to the Clinton Foundation and other so-called charities. Thus, it is likely that Hillary got Hamburg, who hails from New York City, her job.
Buttressing this “unlikely coincidence” is the fact that in a lawsuit I filed for victims of Hamburg’s subsequent actions at the FDA (see www.larryklayman.com), which alleged criminal racketeering violations through Hamburg’s and J&J’s suppression of material information about the highly dangerous effects of the antibiotic Levaquin, Hamburg is being represented by a criminal defense lawyer named Beth Wilkinson. Wilkinson is the same lawyer who has been defending Hillary confidants and accomplices, such as Cheryl Mills, Bryan Pagliano and many others in the ongoing FBI investigation of the illegal use of Hillary’s so-called private email server. Wilkinson has counseled these accomplices to assert Fifth Amendment privileges and improperly instructed witnesses not to answer relevant questions, in the recent depositions taken by Judicial Watch over the secreting of State Department records on Hillary’s private email server in response to various FOIA requests. In short, the link between Hamburg and Hillary Clinton is substantial for this and many other indicia too long to list in this column.
What makes this growing scandal even worse is the callous greed involved. It turns out that while former FDA Commissioner Hamburg was in an alleged conspiracy with J&J (officials of which she had put on various FDA advisory boards), her husband’s hedge fund was buying and holding over half a billion dollars in J&J stock. This material information was not fully disclosed to various congressional committees, which oversaw Hamburg’s confirmation as FDA commissioner, and thus a fraud was also worked on Congress and the public.
During the course of her years at the FDA, Hamburg is alleged to have hidden, along with the other defendants in the lawsuit, that Levaquin was highly dangerous and life-threatening. Indeed, along with sudden death, a list of these injuries pled in our Amended Complaint can be found at www.larryklayman.com. And it is no coincidence that shortly after Hamburg stepped down as FDA commissioner, her husband’s hedge fund Renaissance began to dump J&J stock, knowing that the cat would later get out of the bag about the deadly dangers of Levaquin. Indeed, this came to pass just a few weeks ago when the post-Hamburg FDA, likely in reaction to our lawsuit and an ongoing FBI investigation of Hamburg, finally issued this statement:
“The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is advising that the serious side effects associated with fluoroquinolone antibacterial drugs generally outweigh the benefits for patientswith acute sinusitis, acute bronchitis, and uncomplicated urinary tract infections who have other treatment options. For patients with these conditions, fluoroquinolones should be reserved for those who do not have alternative treatment options.
“An FDA safety review has shown that fluoroquinolones when used systemically (i.e. tablets, capsules, and injectable) are associated with disabling and potentially permanent serious side effects that can occur together. These side effects can involve the tendons, muscles, joints, nerves, and central nervous system. …”
Doctors, patients, the public and my clients should have been warned about this while Hamburg was FDA commissioner so many deaths and the destruction of so many lives could have been prevented. Along with racketeering violations, there also were likely insider-trading securities law violations.
This sordid tale over the dangers of Levaquin is not the first time the corrupt manufacturer J&J has gotten into serious trouble.
So, it would appear that again Hillary Clinton is at the epicenter of a scandal of growing proportions. For money, as usual, it would appear that Hillary greased the skids with President Obama for Hamburg to become FDA commissioner, all in exchange for political and other contributions. Now, according to FDA statistics, over 5,000 innocent victims are dead with more dying or severely injured, including my victim clients.
I am sad to say that this comes as no surprise. This is the way Bonnie and Clyde operate. Selfish greed and the rest of us be damned. Hillary, Hamburg, her husband, Peter Brown, Renaissance and J&J now have a lot to answer for.
