Fox News’ Judge Napolitano Fired for Revealing Obama-British Intel Spying on Trump
Fox News reportedly removed former Bergen County, New Jersey’s Judge Andrew Napolitano from their staff of news analysts following his report that he believes Great Britain spied on Trump Tower for the Obama administration during the Trump-Clinton presidential race.
Fox News Channel executives haven’t reported if or when Napolitano — the network’s senior judicial analyst — will return to the air. Napolitano is reputed to be a fair-minded constitutionalist and a political libertarian who favors small government.
Following President Donald Trump’s message on Twitter earlier this month — that he believed the Obama administration spied on Trump Tower –Napolitano appeared on Fox News shows and said England might be the missing link.
Last Thursday, again addressed the Obama spy allegations saying Great Britain’s signal intelligence agency — Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) — is connected with America’s National Security Agency (NSA) computers and “most likely provided [former President Barack] Obama with transcripts of Trump’s calls.”
On Friday, Fox News staff claimed that they couldn’t prove Napolitano’s claim. Fox News anchor Shepard Smith said, “Fox News knows of no evidence of any kind that the now-president of the United States was surveilled at any time, in any way.” Smith is one of Fox’s liberal-left anchors and correspondents.
The Judge’s Story
On March 15, the Conservative Base [editor Jim Kouri] wrote a news story highlighting Judge Andrew Napolitano’s allegations.
While the mainstream news media search and search for proof that President Barack Obama and his minions never wiretapped or spied on then-presidential candidate, now President Donald Trump, a former criminal court judge from New Jersey surprised a morning news show’s audience with a shocking revelation: three different intelligence sources have alleged that President Obama was aided by a British spy agency to electronically eavesdrop on Donald Trump and his campaign.
Former New Jersey Judge Andrew Napolitano, considered one of the great legal minds in the United States, claims that Trump’s accusations of being wiretapped during his victorious campaign were correct. Although U.S. actors may not have been directly involved in doing the spying, Obama’s fellow-travelers in Great Britain used their expertise to be the President’s proxy spies.
According to Judge Napolitano, now a Fox News Channel legal analyst, at least three intelligence sources said that President Obama went outside his chain of command by not utilizing his own NSA, CIA, FBI, or the Department of Justice.
Judge Napolitano, a Brooklyn (New York) Law School professor, said his sources told of Obama’s British contacts using the U.K. GCHQ (Government
Communications Headquarters) for the anti-Trump operation.
He claims GCHQ officials have 24/7 access to the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) database. As a result of this relationship between America’s NSA and Britain’s GCHQ, by simply having two people go to British spymasters and telling them that America’s President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, and later President-Elect Trump, Obama would be able to receive it all without “American fingerprints” attached.
Employing over 6,000 people from a range of diverse backgrounds, GCHQ is part of the labyrinth charged with keeping Great Britain safe and secure. GCHQ operatives work as partners with members of the Secret
Intelligence Service (MI6) and MI5, Great Britain’s domestic spy agency.
Since the birth of British Signals Intelligence at the Start of World War I in 1914, its commitment for the last 102 years has been to support the U.K. military.
“From day one, GCHQ has been [coming] to grips with the many and varied communication means the enemy has been using, sifting through to find the key intelligence for the military and their political masters. Within the first year in 1915, Signals Intelligence was being used to combat, in real time, the air and naval threats. While technologies change and adapt over time, the unique and significant contribution GCHQ makes to protecting British soldiers, sailors and airmen continues apace,” the GCHQ states in its self-evaluation.
One of GCHQ’s major responsibilities is helping to protect the UK military wherever they are deployed by providing actionable intelligence. The need to help protect the British military and arm them with the knowledge to keep them one step ahead proved to be the catalyst needed to develop Signals Intelligence at the start of World War I.
“About 90 members of GCHQ have received a campaign medal for service in Iraq, and 156 members obtained medals so far for service in Afghanistan. Perhaps more telling is the faith that the military put in a civilian organization to provide the intelligence front-line troops need to achieve their missions as safely as possible in extremely dangerous and difficult combat situations,” the GCHQ press office notes.
“With such an impressive legacy one can only wonder why GCHQ would sink to the level of U.S. political hacks trying to swindle a presidential campaign,” said former police intelligence analyst, Lawrence Patronick. “I hope Judge Napolitano will continue his own investigation into the forces in the U.S., European Union and other nations who may be aligned against a President Trump,” Patronick said.

I am former U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Customs and other state and local law enforcement and I have been aware of all kinds of legal and illegal surveillance “systems” that are inside as well as “outside” the Continental United States like “Echelon”which Routinely monitors ALL transmissions from every type of digital communications devices you can imagine and there are records kept.
The same thing happens in the United States and that information is kept by various internal U.S. agencies like NSA, CIA, FBI, etc….and usually obtainable thru a search warrant.
In the case of other digital information obtained OUTSIDE the United States, there is no “requirement” to get a “warrant” where the custodian agency is outside the jurisdiction of the U.S. authorities.
There are also illegal procedures in which U.S. Law Enforcement Agencies like U.S. Customs will break into your apartment or house and look for “contraband” and if they can not find any, they will provide some for you or “plant it”.
Then the “black ops” team will go back to the office and tell the “White Team” thru an anonymous “Tip” that contraband will be found at a certain location. Then the clean team gets a search warrant under the law.
The same procedure is also followed thru outside sources to our own agencies or personal interests so they can use the illegally obtained information outside the U.S. and it’s laws and requirements.

Elected officials have forgotten something of great importance, they work for the American people. They are not elected to line their own greedy pockets. They are not elected to push their own agendas, or the agendas of those with power and money. They are elected to serve the American people. They work for us.
The reality is they continually give themselves raises while those on SSI, Veterans, and the poor can barely (many do not) survive on the benefits they receive. They put such unattainable restrictions on benefits, making it hard to even work part-time to supplement SSI benefits. At the same time allowing many to rob the system of benefits SSI recipients and Veterans need. Many are collecting benefits for multiple babies; the more babies they have, the more welfare they receive. Refugees with multiple wives get benefits for all the wives and children. Many do not even try to get jobs or assimilate into American culture. Because they are here to Muslimize America.
Veterans are receiving substandard health care while politicians cut funding for these programs, while giving themselves raises. Despicable. How do you live with yourselves? These same elected officials demand, with threats, Americans purchase insurance or face penalties. If you cannot afford insurance, how can you afford the penalties? Yet they have made sure they have high quality insurance. It is past time elected officials, judges, and other government agents start to live with the same laws, rules and regulations as the rest of America. These elected officials should not be receiving 100K+ salaries after they leave office, and for the rest of their lives. They should have the same insurance, benefits, and taxation as the rest of America. Why are we allowing HALF of our salaries to go to taxes to pay for elected officials to play golf, abortion, terrorist refugees, etc.? Elected officials have gotten away with so much, for so long, because Americans have become complacent. We the people have forgotten how great America can be. We have been dumbed down not to question perceived authority, and to believe whatever lie they are selling. Remember the ” you have to vote for it, before you read it” line? Critical thinking skills have been dumped for a common core education.
I am sick of elected officials causing racism and division. BO did more to cause division through racism than any political leader in the history of America. No one should ever be judged by the color of their skin. All mankind should be judged by their actions and character. Children are not born to hate, hate is taught to children by those who have hate in their hearts, and want to cause division and chaos.
These same elected officials have allowed refugee terrorist to enter our country and receive benefits beyond what anyone paying into the system receives. They get free housing, food stamps, free education, and other benefits Americans do not receive. There is no time limit on receiving benefits. There is no motivation to get a job. There is no motivation to stop the cycle of monetary abuse. These same terrorist refugees throw temper tantrums when they do not like their housing, or their food stamps, or their education. Our sick and lawless government gives into their demands. Are elected officials blind??? Look at France, Germany, Sweden, and the U.K.. Look at the rapes, the violence, the murders, the trashed cities, the diseases they are bringing with them, and you are allowing these people into America??? What are you thinking??? When I first heard about this I didn’t believe it. No way would Fox News be this stupid ! Not even after allowing Mean Kelly to attack Trump right out of the starting gate on the first so called debate would they drop to this level. I was wrong. They have and they did. The keep something like Shep Smith and O’Riley and get rid of the Judge.
