Islamic Terrorists Entering U.S. Via Mexico Say Military Intel Analysts

A United States military intelligence report reveals convincing evidence that radical Islamic terrorists from a number of groups listed on the U.S. State Department’s terrorism list are actually surreptitiously entering the U.S. across its border with Mexico.

Government officials even have a designated name for those Islamists being smuggled onto U.S. soil: They are called Special Interest Aliens (SIA), according to government watchdog group Judicial Watch. But President Barack Obama and his hopeful successor, Hillary Clinton believe being politically correct far outweighs the protection of life and property of American citizens.

Gen. Michael Flynn, the former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, has been very critical of this administration.
Gen. Michael Flynn, the former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, has been very critical of this administration.

“It may sound absurd, [but] I’d venture a guess that Obama, Clinton and the Democrats are willingly working to bring about this nation’s demise. Either that or they are so incompetent and mentally-challenged in their duty to keep America and its citizens safe,” said former NYPD detective and U.S. Marine Sidney Franes. “These Democratic Party members appear to be more concerned with providing money and opportunities for illegal aliens than for helping U.S. military and law enforcement veterans who’ve been wounded or who have died and left families behind,” he added.

According to the U.S. intelligence community, Latin America’s active smuggling networks are providing safe passage for these SIAs in order to cross the already porous border, according to information obtained from a U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) intelligence dispatch. According to one former police intelligence officer, Jacob Manschietz, many of the SIAs look very much like the Mexicans and Latin Americans sneaking into the United States on a daily basis.

The Pentagon’s official report on SIA smuggling hasn’t yet been made public, but newsman and terrorism expert Bill Gertz obtained key points from the command’s J-2 intelligence directorate and reported them in the Washington Free Beacon . A SOUTHCOM Army colonel told the paper that in 2015 more than 30,000 migrants who entered the U.S. through the southwestern border were from countries of “terrorist concern.”

SOUTHCOM’s terrorist report specifically mentions Sunni extremists, the news article states. Sunni groups include al-Qaida, Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), Al-Shabaab, Boko Haram and others, while Shiite groups include Hezbollah, the Houthi Network and others.

The terrorists are using a known alien smuggling network in Latin America to reach the U.S. but the network has not been identified by military officials, according to Judicial Watch’s own reporting..

“Networks that specialize in smuggling individuals from regions of terrorist concern, mainly from the Afghanistan-Pakistan region, the Middle East, and East Africa, are indeed a concern for SOUTHCOM and other interagency security partners who support our country’s national security,” a SOUTHCOM Army Colonel, Lisa A. Garcia, says in the Gertz story. “There are major hubs that serve as entry points into the region for migrants from those areas of concern attempting to enter the U.S. along our border with Mexico.”

U.S. Marine Gen. Peter Pace, while serving as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, testified before lawmakers about the treat of Islamic terrorism from our porous borders.

In January 2007, this writer reported about the subject of Islamic terrorists in Latin America for Accuracy in Media. Part of that report highlighted the testimony given to the US House of Representatives Armed Services Committee by General Peter Pace, then Vice Chairman, later Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Hamas has joined Hezbollah and al Qaeda in the Triple Frontier Zone in Latin America where the borders of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay converge.

There the Islamic terror groups train recruits, gather intelligence on targets, launder money and sell drugs. There is evidence that these terrorists and narco-terrorists will soon migrate north into the United States. He cited terrorism reports indicating terrorist groups are active in Canada and Central-South America.

Border Patrol agents began to voice what many believed were legitimate concerns about “armed incursions” into the United States from Mexico-based assailants. They reported that heavily armed Mexican army units and federal police, called Federales, had infiltrated US territory and fired upon them, in some cases because Mexican drug lords had put prices on the heads of American law-enforcement agents serving along the border. Where was the outrage by our political leaders and the mainstream media over this blatant violation of our national sovereignty?

Recently, a number of armed gunmen entered the U.S. from Mexico and caused National Guard troops to retreat. Not only did the President and his administration remain silent about this incursion, but the elite media either ignored the story or minimized its significance.

Most government and news reports of the illegal aliens’ confrontation with the Guard troops appear to assume the invading gunmen were Mexican. But with everyone involved in the investigation of the incident saying they’re not certain who these armed men were, how do we know they weren’t terrorists conducting a recon mission?

Some security experts had high hopes that President Bush would bring up the border security problem during his many meetings with Mexican President Vincente Fox. It never happened. Quite the opposite occurred. The two leaders discussed ways of relaxing immigration restrictions including a de facto amnesty program.

ISIS-nuclear-Iraq-e1455734866792The Government Accountability Office [GAO] conducted a vulnerability test at both borders and their undercover operatives were successful in sneaking radiological material across both. The operation merited a few news stories and was given short shrift even by the liberal-left who seek any opportunity to denigrate the president and government agencies.

Meanwhile, our northern border with Canada has many law-enforcement leaders even more concerned. Canadian security experts concede that there are several radical Islamist groups active in their country. In fact, Hezbollah’s largest headquarters is located not in the Middle East but in Toronto. One Canadian intelligence officer claims that his country’s immigration policy is more lax than US policy and their politicos more liberal when it comes to refusing to restrict illegal aliens from entering Canada.

If these killers aren’t afraid to target or kill cops, or are willing to confront National Guard troops, then who in America is really safe from terrorists, murderers, rapists and other offenders, especially when anyone wishing to address the problem is labeled a racist or xenophobe.

Americans can probably count on one hand the number of congressional leaders who will even debate the issues of illegal immigration or border security honestly. What sense does it make to inspect shipping containers in New York seaports while ignoring the vulnerabilities existing on our borders?

According to the watchdog group that’s known for its accuracy and diligence: Earlier this year Judicial Watch uncovered State Department records confirming that “Arab extremists” are entering the U.S. through Mexico with the assistance of smuggling network “cells.”  Among them is a top Al Qaeda operative wanted by the FBI.

The government documents also reveal that some Mexican smuggling networks actually specialize in providing logistical support for Arab individuals attempting to enter the United States. The top Al Qaeda leader in Mexico was identified in the State Department records, via a September 2004 cable from the American consulate in Ciudad Juárez, as Adnan G. El Shurkrjumah. In December, 2014 Shukrijumah was killed by the Pakistan Army in an intelligence-borne operation in South Waziristan.

But before he died Shukrijumah helped plan several U.S. attacks, including plots to bomb Oprah Winfrey’s studio and detonate nuclear devices in multiple American cities. For years Shukrijumah appeared on the FBI’s most wanted list and, despite being sought by the agency, he crossed back and forth into the U.S. from Mexico to meet fellow militant Islamists in Texas. Back in 2014 Judicial Watch reported that, as one of the world’s most wanted terrorists, Shukrijumah piloted an aircraft into the Cielo Dorado airfield in Anthony, New Mexico.
